So as I understand Chat Control, it will mean that my pc will check the hash of everything that I upload to the internet and match it to the hash of known CSAM, how will this relate to seeding. Will it also check against known copyrighted material? Will I be able to overcome this using a VPN or proxy outside of the EU? Will I be forced to become a leech?
