16 daysVomiting when you wake up? Forgetting everything?.. Umm, you might want to see a doctor. That does not sound normal at 30, or even 40.

Multiple doctors said that vomiting regularly, lethargy, difficulty pronouncing words, and being forgetful is normal at 30?
Bullshit.
They ran tests, including some quite specific ones such as cortisol, and found nothing wrong. My white cells are on the low end, but I was told this is normal since your immune system decreases with age.

This isn’t the first time you’ve approached this problem like it’s supposedly a relatable aging one. None of the symptoms you describe are things that come with age unless there is an underlying health issue.
Please keep seeking medical assistance. Search for second opinions, or specialists who target sleep disorders.

It took my sister literal decades and multiple doctors to finally get a thyroid condition correctly diagnosed. Things improved on the right medication but not well enough so she had surgery to remove the thyroid and things have dramatically improved. She shared a few of the symptoms you have. While I don’t think she was told that’s normal, she did encounter some distrust and hand-waving from some doctors.
I’m not saying you have the same condition. I’m not a doctor. But I am saying that if even a tiny part of you thinks that something isn’t right, keep searching.
I don’t think what you’re describing is normal and I would be pushing for an appointment with an autoimmune specialist.

16 daysOP, you need to request a fucking blood lab. You sound like you are at the acute stages of serious hormonal issues.
My hormones have been tested and I have a stack of papers in my room that have the thickness of a decent magazine. They’re all my lab results spanning a year, I requested my clinic printed them out. I’ve had my estrogen, TSH, testosterone, LH, prolactin, DHEA, and many more hormones tested and they’ve come back normal.
I even had a ca-125 test, which came back at 18 U/mL in my most recent test.

You should look into medically unexplained physical symptoms and somatic symptom disorder if medical disorders have already been ruled out.
Seeing different doctors won’t change the fact that doing more blood tests will just give the same results.

Then you need to check into a psych hospital. These symptoms are extreme.
