It’s really simple NOT to use the products. And you will also find a job elsewhere if you managed to land one there.

In my view, the EV-drivers are the idiots. Although I’d prefer “ignorants” as those can be smart and dumb.

EVs are almost 100% cloud-cars full with surveillance and subscriptions and everything bad that comes with it. Not to say EVs are inherently bad, they aren’t. I would love one, technically speaking. I also love tech and gadgets. But not this level of remote control over “my” car.

I went from Bentley to cheap dumb cars over the years just because they all do it, some more some less. And EVs are the top of the “modern” shit. But the “entry-level” cars are still only filled with the basics. Even haptic buttons and dials (beside a damn touchscreen though).

You will own nothing, rent everything, and be happy about. I won’t.

…but we made it be enough. Tweaking the shit until it worked. I hated it.

My only console was an atari in the 80s. So dunno if you can play your physical disk on a current xbox or PS without internet.

Only noticed on wifeys switch that most of the games are codes in a box with no media.

Personally never cared for buying used games, I just hated steam for killing it.

2ND Hand? The thing I boycotted steam for so long when it released? Out of fear it will A) control the market and B) kill 2nd Hand games.

Why even? I stopped using discs when CDs were the thing. Skipped DVD and bluray completely. Don’t even had a drive for over a decade now.

Translation: We couldn’t really sell it for that price, now we try it with this price.

I only use jelly for wifey+me, so it’s overseeable. A gig UP surely does help. depending on your source-material, how many watch CONCURRENTLY and how much needs to be transcoded. So hard to say, but 3-5 people should be good with that.
