I thought that the flavor profile was pretty unusual compared to more typical processes. I would try them once if you often try different beans.

Yes, they are normal coffee beans. Honey process means leaving some of the coffee fruit on the beans when drying.
I had to look that one up - I’ve had that process before and found them definitely too sweet - but I didn’t know exactly what was involved.

Fellow sucks, they have no support or parts available. I would never buy from them again.
Having a moccamaster or other SCA approved drip maker for crowds does seem reasonable. Whether you use the espresso machine “enough” to keep it around is of course up to you.
