I used to think I need a totally new life.
New job, new city, new everything
But one day someone as ked me “What problem are you actually trying to fix? ”
And I honestly didnt know .
After thinking, I understood I didnt hate my life. I was just tired, sleeping bad, saying yes to too many things, and having no quiet time.
I was ready to make a big expensive change, but the real problem was much smaller.
Now before any big decision I ask myself : What is the exact problem I want to solve?
Not “I need a new life.”
More like:
I need more rest.
I need less stress.
I need to stop saying yes when I want to say no.
Sometimes you really need a big change. But sometimes your brain just need a break.
Dont restart your whole life before you understand what is actually wrong.
