I dumped T-Mobile when they decided to cancel the plan I was on and move me to a newer, better, and more expensive plan.

I did too; told the CS rep why and she said “yeah there’s been a lot of that.”

Happy US Mobile customer for now, until they eventually enshittify.

Same. I even talked to the customer retention end boss and the only thing they were able to offer me was literally more expensive than what I was paying.

Did that this week as well. Even the military “price locked” plan went up and the notice we received was just a text message.

I’ve been pretty happy with Mint Mobile, tbh.

The only negative I’ve found is that, sometimes, like when in large buildings with metal roofs, my phone will have no signal at all while my wife’s T-Mobile phone does have a couple bars. This is across multiple phones for both her and I. Other than that, I am a fan. Paying for a year at a time is nice.

Mint mobile is owned by t-mobile.

I honestly have no idea why it was posted in fedinsfw of all instances since it’s not at all NSFW 🤷🏻

I only noticed now as I was browsing All when I found it, not trawling the porn instance for consumer advocacy memes 😃
