Ok but like…we all see the similarities between that plot and 9/11, right?
2 daysYeah but I do think Bin Laden genuinely believed in what he was doing (based on his life and writing). My interpretation is more than the American government, or at least many of the important figures within it, knew what was coming and let it happen because of how beneficial it would be. I also wouldn’t say it is implausible that these people covertly funded or encouraged it through proxies. Regardless, the outcome is the same.
