When my dog does this, I just start listing the possibilities. Something will make the butt wiggle harder than the other options, and that’s usually what he wants.
1 monthIf you’re not eating something, maybe he needs to go pee. My dogs only stare at me like this when I have food or they need to go potty.

Sometimes my dog does this just for pets, which of course I give. Other times he backs away when I go to pet as if to say, fuck off and feed me
