I was watching “In Bruges” on TV, and couldn’t understand the version of English they spoke, so I downloaded it with subtitles and watched that.

I like liver, but only if I cook it to eat immediately. Overcooked it’s bad, but if you can fry slices it so it’s still a little pink inside it’s great.

I don’t trust anyone else to cook it right.

Only when the “right thing” and the “profitable thing” are the same.
