Difficult to say because he has always been incredibly stupid, and his pathological narcissism hinders him in having an attention span for anything that doesn’t involve him being the center of attention. If he has dementia we wouldn’t really be able to tell until he reaches a more serious crippling phase, such as with non-verbalism or similar, because has always been an incoherent rambler.

It should be mentioned that what they did was totally unnecessary. Trump wanted to paint the pool blue so it resembles the swimming pools he is used to at his McMansion in Florida, and that was what he paid an associate of his 17 mil to do.

They are creating artificial scarcity by simply stopping production of consumergrade hardware. On the contrary new consumer grade hardware will simply cease to exist.
