I am mid thirties and have not experienced anything remotely like that and would be very concerned if I had.Throwing up when you wake up is not normal, neither is this extreme lethargy. You’re 32, not 80
Some of this seems neurological which is concerning and can be harder to get diagnosed. You could ask for some kind of neurological tests or imaging if you haven’t had that yet?

Maybe people can do both. But money talks and replacing these repeatedly becomes expensive for those who have elected to purchase them.

Depends what the team is doing. If it’s a marathon running team for charity, or a team of people picking up garbage on a beach, it probably doesn’t matter much.
