I’m saying you don’t get to decide what other people do in public. You want to be able to control everyone and force them to act the way you want them to act. Just because you think someone is being rude doesn’t mean I find them rude. I don’t want the government to be able to dictate that. If you have a problem with being filmed don’t go out in public.

A lot of public camera share up on a pole or building and most people do t know it’s there. Also how do you decide a camera is visible enough.

I know this is in the EU and I’m in the US but unfortunately to keep people honest you need to be able to record them in public. It’s a double edged sword yeah people will do perverted thing but there is no perfect solution.

700 gb sounds like alot all text of Wikipedia is like 170 gb and I think that’s uncompressed. Im assuming most of the manuals are stored as pdfs instead of text with pictures so it takes up more space.

You can’t really consume water especially if you take it out of the air. Worst case you temporarily barrow it till it evaporates again it’s not like the water is suddenly gonna be pumped out to the ocean or something.
