Not that I’m taking this thread very seriously based on the other comments… but other than seeing a doctor, have you tried the obvious things? The things you are describing are not a 30 year old thing. You are way too young to attiribute all of those things to age.
Exercise (very important). Get your steps in. Get a watch or something and count em.
Eat a proper, balanced diet. Don’t calorie load before bed, eat throughout the day.
Go to bed at a decent hour, whatever that is for you. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours. Women typically need a little more.
I’ve known a few people that have all your symptoms, and the common denominator is that they are all extremely sedentary and take 0 accountability for their own health. They somehow expect a doctor to fix a problem only they can solve with the things I mentioned above.
If you’ve been seeing a doctor for years and aren’t doing any of the things I’ve mentioned, you are wasting your time.
