I’d argue they are closer to Kurita through a Clanner lense. Not sure who the Capellans (my faction) would be, they enjoy all of the worst traits of the Romulans and Cardassians but the Warrior Houses function a lot like the Clanner military does

Steam set the precedent of 30%. If you actually knew your history on this subject you’d also know 30% is far less than what publishers took before Steam. You are either uneducated about the subject or maliciously twisting the facts.
