Money is a decent motivator, especially when you’re a sociopath that really doesn’t give a fuck about facts or logic. Member when the right wing imbiciles took over YouTube, the goal was to coopt reality, because they knew what they were doing, lining their pockets with both elite money, and idiot money - not bringing truth to power of the lieberal media.

I feel that there were a lot of people who got caught in a right wing whirlpool on YouTube just around the time before Trump was getting into his run. I know I watched some before I realized they were all hacks and the entire right wing space was a scam.
The only thing they did better was convincing people that they were the more accepting group. And yeah I guess they were, for nazis, assholes, and idiots.
Finding out that a lot of it was cultured from Epstein and his ilk is very unsurprising in hindsight.
One might very well argue that someone who came to a realization and mended their way has an even better understanding and appreciation for the new value than someone who didn’t question their upbringing, even if they always had noble values.
I find it much more cynical than other places, probably just the nature of how everyone ended up here, jaded by the design of centralized social media.
I have to remind myself that everything isnt as ‘sky is falling’ as I see around these parts. Maybe I’m just blessed with a nice life, and I try not to take that for granted, but it does give me that feeling unfortunately.
I try my best to insert some humour into the headlines as some sort of way to make some light of it all, but that might just be playing into the fear and anger that I see around.

No good reason for Tesla to still have a 1.5t market cap when Toyota sells 10x more cars at 300b, or ford sells twice as much at 50b. The quality sure isn’t better, and I doubt the margin on sales makes up for this.
