Your comment inspired me to actually listen to it and there’s a lot more evidence for LLM-mindbrain convergence than I thought. Still seems like we invented something too complex to characterize directly so we’re interrogating it the way we do our own cognition… I wonder what kind of biases this introduces.

You’re really putting DSA on there? The only organization that has done anything remotely resembling progressive in the entire capitalist cesspool? The only legitimate critique of DSA is that they’re irrelevant, and this is currently being overturned. Go find some better news sources.

What I find interesting about this is that everybody knew exactly what would happen, and then it happened. It’s a perfect counterexample to the logic of “this system isn’t perfect, but it’s the best thing we have.” It’s just the rich and powerful using leveraging their wealth and power to become even more so, and under the current rules nobody can stop them.

The victims of this conflict are the casualties of a completely pointless war, on either side. Neither side fought for legitimate reasons and both used it to drum up nationalism.
