It’s even worse than them just firing them. They fired them for being union members and trying to organize a larger Union in their workforce. This was union busting. And they did it by claiming these people leaked confidential information. Which is blacklisting.

This company will never, and I mean absolutely fucking never, make it compatible with Linux. In order to play it on Linux it will have to be so unbelievably cracked that it will be basically free on the internet. And that will probably be at least 3 to 5 years from now. Possibly longer.
All that and I will bet you anything that they will have in-game purchases. Some kind of currency that you can purchase with real money that you can use in the game to buy extra shit.

Also, don’t buy “connected” cars. FFS, if your car features rely on an internet service provided by the manufacturer, you are just begging for these sorts of shenanigans.
They are trying. But there is a downside to everything. Once China has full function to basically replace the manufacturing of processors and memory in Taiwan they no longer have anything holding them back from bombing Taiwan into submission. And several incentives to do so to eliminate their competition.
Computer I built 15 years ago is just now showing up as minimum requirements on most of the games. It’s called future proofing. If you’re going to spend the money to build a computer build something that can last.
I really don’t understand what the value they see in putting age checks on operating systems. Like where is this coming from? Who whispered in their ear that OS age checks are something that need to be done?
You will not ever find this game on Steam for Linux. There will be no compatibility layer and there will never ever ever be an official port.
