Speaking as a Spanish citizen, I’ve gone to the doctor even for a drop of concrete in the ear (I was lucky and the ear was clean) or for a simple pain in my forearm. Cost: 0€.
But the rest of industries would stop paying for expensive health insurances, having more money to manage their businesses.
