I have a 3rd Gen iPod (classic). It came with a firewire cable and charger which seems to charge it fine, but it doesn’t seem to charge over USB. Is that typical of these devices or is there something wrong with mine? Its just inconvenient to charge with the firewire cable, I wish it could use any 30 pin to USB cable.
