Photo of a large, somewhat circular lightning flash in the sky. In the bottom of the frame, you can see the top of a tree.

Yesterday, we had a wee bit of thunderstorm, after a couple of days of extreme heat. The refreshment in the form of the rain it brought was welcome, but so were the pretty flashes.
