I think this may have been an issue eons ago, now everything just agrees on what speed to run based on the slowest stick. Haven’t heard of it being a problem for a while.
I don’t think you can call roulette rigged. What is presented is what you get, and it’s all just based on math.
In my mind rigged would mean spots you bet on somehow have a lower chance than any other spot, or there are things going on behind the scenes that make it worse odds than presented.

I just figured if 3000 people responded, they should have 9000 picks. Since we only see a few hundred it seemed like it’s a very small subset of the total answers.

I think it’s pretty obvious this is a subset of the answers.
So it seems like, given 3 picks, only 1% of kids are choosing YouTuber as an option. That doesn’t really seem ridiculous.
Edit: it’s 3000 kids total, not per country. So I guess 3% if these are the only 3 countries included.
Apple does not get your biometric data. Not sure about google, but I’m assuming they do it in a similar fashion.
