11 hoursI bought 96GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 in september 2024 to use in my workstation 😅 I’m glad I did.
Using a state of the art local LLM and an agent to ask it to find all files with a certain extension, because I always forget how to use the find command on linux and I can’t be bothered to read it.

7 daysYes, but they usually have a system prompt telling them to be super polite.
I’ve been using Qwen3.6 a lot lately to debug a shitty old game that doesn’t want to work in wine and during the thinking process it said more than once things like “The user is wrong, […]”, but at the end it always said something polite like “You are right to say that X, but it’s more correct to say that Y, …”.
