Lately whenever I hear about a bill or a vote I find it on Congress.gov

There is a concerning number of people who think the USA and Israel are already a combined military and that the NDAA 2027 has been passed.

But, hey, if they vote GOP out because of it then all the better.

Officially, yes but at least a third of the nation is secretly Buddhist and the CCP even have their own fake Panchen Lama working for the government.

Nah it seems to apply in Asia as well. Just look at what the CCP are doing to the Tibetan Monks. And its not even the first time an emperor ordered a sect of Buddhist monks killed off.

Honestly haven’t seen any discussion of the game outside of the leak drama, so it’s plausible.

YouTube is run by a company within the USA.

That does not compare to a company run by a hostile dictatorship’s military.

Nor has it had nearly the same impact: there was a 10 point shift among youth voters in favor of conservatives after TikTok, a complete reversal of a century old trend.

It directly promoted GOP leading up to 2024 and even Trump by name:

This has NOT distanced the USA from Israel; they have never been closer. The GOP are pushing bills that will combine Israel military with the USA’s.

Psychological operations and warfare, mainly disinformation campaigns akin to TikTok used to sway political sentiment in favor of authoritarians such as Trump.

Equally bad: extreme data gathering, also akin to tiktok.

Absolutely already a national security concern, but also technically already banned by the bill which banned TikTok.

Question is how hard they need to stroke Trump for it to be unenforceable.

I’m gonna interject and say you generally model things one half at a time and then mirror for symmetrical objects.

Yes, I’m aware that what Valve does maximises profit, but it’s a trade-off with quality as we’ve seen the larger studios are more likely to be cashgrabs than even some asset flips.

And yet every time a Triple A title drops it gets a custom banner on the store page and a guaranteed panel on the recommendation window, even when those indie titles have outsold them in the past without preferential treatment.

What kind of store doesn’t do promotion? What universe do you live in for promotion to have no effect?

Or promote new and interesting works as opposed to maximising profit by promoting established studios and games with already high levels of prestige.

It’s certainly not a good thing for startup indie devs putting months of work into a project.

Please read the other replies. They regularly put up a funding banner and have a long history of pushing extreme propaganda and silencing dissent, and they’ve also been known to use their homepage to promote instances which align with their views rather than by any merit.
