Finally got around to start The Dispossessed by Ursula K. Le Guin. Started and continuing as audiobook, but additionally I got the digital at about 10% in, to reread some passages.

Also, just yesterday, I picked up This is how you lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone. Tried to go in as blind as possible and I’m so glad I did. Really enjoying myself here.

I feel like Küstenkrimis are the localised book version of Tatort. Short and kinda entertaining, sometimes you get an interesting twist but most of the “thrill” comes from Hey-I-Know-This-Place moments.

Haven’t read it myself yet, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about One of the Boys by Victoria Zeller.

I’m currently binging Ich möchte zurückgehen in der Zeit by Judith Hermann. As it’s been just released it’s only available in German yet, but if you’re able to read that I highly recommend. It’s about Judith’s own journey towards discovering the story of her grandfather and the traces this man, who was a convinced Nazi, has left in the family. The horrible shadow that drags way into the third generation, that no one seems to want to acknowledge.
