No idea what happens in Yank lands. Had joined WhatsApp when it started in the late 00s but multiple changes to Ts and Cs killed it for me.

I’ve also deleted WhatsApp when they changed their terms to some bullshit data sharing or something. It’s tough when everyone and businesses use WhatsApp as the only means of communication. Average person doesn’t even think about tech providers and we’re all worse off getting swept in the tide of ignorance.

Can very well be but wasn’t my experience. I also prefer the visual layout of degoog.

I found Degoog to be easier to deploy for my non-technical skills. A docker container and I was done.
IP is only an issue when not swallowed by LLMs. We want action taken to protect the IP of writers, artists and consumers but alas big corpos aren’t losing money there. Selective application of IP protection deems the regime as inappropriate and unenforceable (unless someone with paedophile connections is losing money).

They were scumbags against most teams not just the French. Mussiala, who I’ve never seen rilled up, had a flying tackle against Paraguay. I’ve watched Copa America and even for that competition this was over the top. Argentina just has a bigger profile but similar filthy players.

Why isn’t Paraguay shunned anymore? They played like thugs against most teams, famously against France.
7+ billion people on the planet. Some are dumb. Some are really dumb. Some are bored. Some are children with no life experience. The internet amplifies voices which, in real life, are ignored or disregarded as meritless. There’s no non-verbal communication online hence lots will be misinterpreted.
This will happen lots of times by no fault of yours. You can’t see “the other side” of the conversation so who knows who they are and their motives. I’ll ignore muppets in real life. Harder to spot online but your example will give you clues. And muppets can band together. Move on, they’ll continue to be muppets no matter how much effort and energy is spent debating people who act in bad faith.
