Particle board only on the carcasses. Dimensionally stable, not humidity dependent (unless you get it actually wet for a while). I gave up on plywood unless maybe Baltic birch for cabinetry.

I built kitchen cabinet carcasses out of poplar plywood once. Dumbest idea ever.
Poplar is pretty much only good for burning.

What puts me off of Owncloud is the new ownership. I couldn’t care less if it’s written in the blood of Christ, if I have to worry about the rug getting pulled out from under me for self-hosting, it’s a no-go for me, Joe.
Nextcloud works well for me and has for years. The people that don’t like it can go use this, and we’ll see you back in a couple of years when it goes open-core or worse.
I was at my parents a few years ago and found a nutmeg I remembered being there when I was a kid in the 70s, little metal tin with a plastic cap. I check back periodically to make sure it’s still there. Who knows how long they’ve had it.
