Unless you’re a lawyer or a tax accountant.

It’s about avoiding taxes and regulations

It’s about being outside of any company’s jurisdiction. Same thing for the floating datacenters at sea. Can’t tax it and regulate it if it’s not in any legal country.
It wasn’t renewed… How can that be a bad renewal?
Are you saying they shouldn’t have made season 2? Or they should have made season 3?
I agree 1 was meh and 2 was decent. 3 had potential.
Seems like the heat coming off that would give you crazy turbulence

To the point of ‘how the Internet blacked out’ - a lot of what you think of as ‘phone’ today actually goes via IP over data, not analog voice. It would mean we all have to turn back on our land lines, which would take ages and a lot of business and logistics would be pretty rough for a while. Those few places with working phones would have lines of people waiting to use them until it was restored more widely.

That would still be a huge advantage over any other machine of war in the history of warfare, even today.
You could say “how much difference would a single modern tank with unlimited ammo, fuel, and share parts make in Afghanistan in 2010” and the answer would be at least “very significant”
