Hackers. It is not a good movie. It is not an accurate representation of computer hacking. But it has Jonny Lee Miller, Angelina Jolie, Mathew Lillard, and Fisher Stevens as the villain. The very ridiculous villain. I have not seen a movie quite like it since.

There is no regret in loving this movie, it is a masterpiece.
Not being forced to be homeless is a good thing, but in china that is only because the government chose to provide for everyone. Being unrecognized, and merely tolerated without legal protections means that leaders can decide that being queer is illegal now because they “are just perverts corrupting our youth”
Watching whats happening in the us right now is a great example of why it’s important. Having legal protections means that in order to harm the community, leaders have to strip away those protections, and face a fight every step of the way.
Unless you’re lgbtq+ or cerain ethnic minorities, or elderly without children, or an only child with all your parents and grandparents still living.
Honestly they’ve made a lot of progress economically, but if your aren’t socially average, or rich the system is not great.


I did not know it was a terrible experience behind the scenes.
