also im just noticing that the op literally called Kubuntu a KDE software. its clear they are heavily under informed.

im extremely against posts being removed, but i can see the logic here. the letter is laying hypotheical future blame on KDE if Kubuntu decides to do something.

thats like telling gnome that i’ll stop using ubuntu if ubuntu does something i dont like. why should gnome care?

KDE isnt in charge of what Kubuntu does at all.

im with you in general, but i find this letter to be lacking specifics and vague enough to possibly leave a reader less clear on the situation.
