It’s worth noting that during the Korean War the US killed 15-20% of North Koreans. That’s a higher percentage killed than many genocides and much of it was exacted through deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure yet it’s almost never discussed as a genocide. And they couldn’t even deliver on protecting LGBT people because they lost the election carrying water for a genocide and selling out the American working class. You can’t even make the argument that Democrats will protect queer people anymore because they have repeatedly proven they will fumble the ball running on unpopular policies and then sell us out if it’s better for their donors.
Democrats are basically a speed bump at this point. At least Republicans are trying to destroy America; unintentionally yes but I’d almost rather crash into the wall full speed rather than be stuck in whatever chokehold the Democrats are trying to prolong
