Aeropress? Have something like a Fellow Prisma and slip a paper filter on the metal mesh. The Prisma holds the bean juice in without having to mess around with putting the plunger in to stop leakage

As everybody else says. Go with what you can find if you don’t require gpio.
If you do require gpio and have a usb port handy, there is a module for you: Adafruit FT 232H

27 daysThe researchers further tested the attack against audio transmitted over Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. With noise suppression disabled, keystroke sounds carried through meeting audio were often sufficient to reconstruct typed text with high accuracy after a few hundred keystrokes, although results varied depending on the conferencing platform and laptop model. The paper notes that some users may still be exposed because advanced noise cancellation features are not always available or enabled.
