      Depends on. In Germany for example, you get a “Finderlohn” (Finders Reward) for Reporting your find. You would get at least about 3% of the total summ. Sometimes its more. I would assume Belgium has something likewise.

      If you think about the troubles of transferring probably illegal gold into money without raising attention, its worth a thought.

        AFAIK in the UK all treasure legally belongs to the crown, so Germany have it better lol

    Not sure what I’d do here. When younger I probably would also have reported it. Now, I’d take it, and donate a ton of it to medical research or pet hostpials idk. Its doubtful the rich asshole hoarding it was going to do anything good with it.

      When younger I’d have reported the 9M euro found. As an adult I would have reported the 8M euro found.
