To be fair, it might be because of drug use and the treatment for that is far from as accessible as it should be. Tragic either way though.

Exactly why needle exchange programs shouldn’t be as villainized as they are. THIS is what it helps prevent.

This is sad. Her father said she was using drugs since 13, according to Wikipedia.
She was a Disney star around that time and it makes me really angry that a 13 year old could get addicted to drugs while working for the supposid happiest place on earth. I wish the original dealers could be found and held accountable. I’m sure they ruined a lot of other child star lives.
This is honestly such a tragedy, especially after hearing what she had gone through. RIP.
Dammit. I was so sure that now that we had treatments we were done reading headlines like these.

correction, complication of AIDS, not the aids itself. it is odd to die in today of it, since there so much treatment available, unless she was hiding the illness and refusing to treat hiv.

I am not educated on this topic but I thought aids (or was it HIV?) Just lowered your white blood cell count due to your body raging a war on itself like a autoimmune desease? So therefore any aids or HIV death would be due to complications and not through aids itself?
