      I remember reading astory about a old lady who was hard of hearing and hard of seeing put her cat in the dryer accdentally one day when the cat was fooling around or sleeping in there…

      I will not retype out the rest of that story. .Ever. Fuck no.

      Yep my elementary school teacher’s cat died in the dryer too. Hearing that as a 5 year old, I have always kept in mind cats must stay away from the dryer.

        She always checked. Until that one time she forgot.

        She buried the cat and dug her up again in the middle of the night because she just couldn’t believe she was dead (she was, obviously).

      yeah this one of my worst nightmares/intrusive thoughts that can absolutely wreck my day when I get them

        Yup, doing laundry all normal, couple minutes later panic where are the cats? Oh god somehow they slipped past me and clearly dying in the dryer fuck fuck fuck, get up and look around for cats phew ok they’re fine.

      very dangerous place for ANYTHING that is small like a pet lizard, or pet spider or even inanimate things like phones or a phone charger.

      Has anyone seen what happens when a phone charger gets inside a dryer?
