Not anymore. I’d say there has been massive improvements in the last 3-5 years for Nvidia. This was one of the main reasons I didn’t swap over sooner.
I’ve come to terms with this. I view fomo content as disrespectful and I do not support the companies that use it as a tactic.
People have the power to shut down bad practices if they had even a modicum of restraint. They don’t, so here we are.
When hot and cold air mix, moisture starts accumulating on the surfaces. After that, mold will start taking root and then it’s nearly too late.
High humidity causes mold and physically damages indoor surfaces. You may not see it until it’s too late. That’s a big deal, especially if you don’t own the house and have go deal with the repercussions. We’re talking very expensive and timely repairs.
I believe both parties are handling this poorly or OP escalated it to what it is now.

It’s hot out, really hot out, and you are sharing an ac. Two issues here. Humidity destroys houses and it is not good if the AC is pumping full time.
If you’re concerned about your cats, investigate installing a cat door in the window. See link for example. Discuss it with the landlord first so you don’t waste money.
I don’t trust apps and the pc handles websites better. You don’t know what background services are running on an app and how much data they are skimming off of your device, even with restricted permissions. Phones are a privacy nightmare.
App support has an unknown timeline for support on any given phone. Do you have an older phone, they may stop support forcing you to upgrade or use a different bank.
To make it a bit more clear, they are actively blocking access to the game via anti cheat that doesn’t support linux or in many cases, not enabled.
I have zero issues on arch. I find linux works better out of the box, is more reliable, faster, and doesn’t actively farm your data.
Don’t forget all the new CoD, battlefield, and even tarkov (soon) is requiring TPM 2.0, secure boot, and actively blocking linux making it impossible to even play them.
Do you have access to or have you considered a credit/debit card? It’s an easy way to no longer require google play services, it fits in nearly anything, and is just as quick as the phone with tap.
I would leave my bank the moment they stopped supporting browser access. I’m not relying on an app to handle banking.
I suppose I’ve been lucky. I use my phone for calls, texts, and browsing the web. I’ve never had to use it for banking as I handle that at home on a pc for well over a decade now.
Why do banking apps keep coming up with degoogling? Do you have to bank on the fly and are you not able to log into their website via a browser? I’m legitimately curious.
I’m not upset, I’m just disappointed. The general population will enable this behavior.
What nonsense? I’ve used nvidia since the early 2000s. There are no more issues than AMD right now.
