To be honest I feel like in my experience people where I live don’t typically have their full name as a signature anyway (or at least I haven’t seen a full name as a signature for the people I’ve interacted with in life). Usually it’s just initials with a lot of embellishments, so it’s even more like drawing a picture than writing in that regard :3

how do you visualize a word when you write?
I don’t, I just write.
So for the letter t, do you just keep track in your head to write the vertical curve first then remember the horizontal dash after?
It’s not really something to remember, past like… pre-school where they first teach you to write, it’s just instinctual to write it that way
For longer words, do you sometimes forget these final touchups?
Can’t say that I have :p
Also does signing a signature come natural for you, i.e. due to the non stop motion?
Most people I know have a signature that consist of multiple strokes, so it’s not really any more non-stop than any other kind of writing.
And not just “t” and “i”, if you do the same thing for letters from other languages like accents from other languages too, e.g. á, à, ü…etc. Then please share your thoughts too.
We don’t write accents typically in my native language, but we do have some special characters (ą, č, ę, ė, į, š ų, ų, ž) for the diacritic marks that aren’t attached you’d treat them the same as writing dots on i’s and j’s in terms of write order, for ą, ę, į, ų the final stroke or the letter is in place to write the diacritic in the same stroke

Up to the admins’/mods’ discretion I suppose. If they see it as ban evading they might ban you from engaging from their communities or instances on the 2nd account as well. But each instance has their own admins so as long as the admins of that one don’t ban you, you’d be able to engage with the rest of lemmy
Kind of the idea of lemmy, really, is that you can’t be “censored” as such since you can always join or create your own instance, and continue using it

No rules against it, go wild

Not OP, but personally a banking app along with another ID app where I live are basically needed to verify any online purchases, plus using a banking app to pay for stuff with tap to pay is a lot more convenient than carrying a wallet/cards :3

As people have answered the US part of it already, I’d like to mention that McDonalds is in fact expensive and crap in plenty of other countries as well; or least here in lithuania. You can get better food for cheaper elsewhere.
Whether it’s better than the US… Well it certainly “cleaner” in terms of ingredients, but it’s still basically the lowest quality product they’re legally allowed to sell

There’s this: https://github.com/mkckr0/audio-share
Or this: https://audiorelay.net/downloads
Probably 50 more apps for it as well. I’ve not tried it, but any of them should work, I imagine
A few months ago, when I tried standing on a shelf thingy, put my leg right through it, and scraped my wenis on the wall on my way down

I think there’s a lot of factors for the lackluster performance of the OG steam controller, ranging from the build quality, to the unconventional/niche layout, and the lack of knowledge/maturity for systems like steam input
Given how many factors have changed from 2015 I think valve should have expected the sales numbers to be a lot higher than they did :3

At one point towards the end of the OG steam controller’s availability you could buy it for $5 :3
Im not currently in the market for a couch gaming type of system, as I mainly game in my room where my PC is, and if I want to play on the tv I have an HDMI more than long enough to allow for it.
However if I did want a system for downstairs I’d be more likely to pick up a steam machine over a ps5, even at the current price point
Yes and no. Depends on how you define it
You interact with others digitally on here, which makes it social, but some would argue that it’s a forum aggregate which isn’t a true social media, since it’s moreso used for discussion or support, rather than posting about personal affairs
It’s a canon event for any game company that achieves moderate success
Hey, give them some credit, they have some diversity - there’s place in europe, new place in europe, mispronounced place in europe, british ruler, catholic saint in spanish, american president, explorer related to america, and of course native american place/tribe, and random native american word
