Probably dextromethorphan powder, it’s absolutely disgusting, sulbutiamine powder is pretty bad too
trans xennial musician
I love synthesizers, all sorts of music (mostly electronic), b/cult movies, science fiction, DIY, graphics design, PC hardware, retro computing (Commodore <3), cooking, singing. I’m truly sorry to anyone I have unintentionally hurt in my confusion about my identity. Love and light. Sorry I can’t talk like a normal human being btw, I’m trying.
Here’s some of my music, grateful if you’d give it a listen: https://etherphon.bandcamp.com/

The stuff up there right now is a tad old, but it is some music that deals with my struggles with my realizations about my sexuality and gender, thus some of it is a little difficult and discordant. I’m working on some more joyous music. It’s 100% hardware based (synthesizers, samplers, sequencers, effects), no computer, DAW or AI involved in recording.

I did notice something like that, until I decided to take care on what I commented on, if it’s not that important to me I usually don’t, such as on the majority of news because what can you really say anyways. There is a lot of political grandstanding and but if you stay away from politics it’s mostly good
What kind of music do they mainly like to sing? It would help in figuring out what their needs are, some pedals have more special effects which would be good if your friend was into more experimental music, or have different delay chips used for the loops which can be more hi-fi or lo-fi depending on the chip and the clock rate they use and all that, some let you adjust those parameters. For general use I think it’s really hard to beat the Boss RC-505 or RC-202, they are well tested and have a good community around them as well.
The TC Electronic Ditto X4 is a lot smaller, it’s not quite as flexible as those but it’s cheaper and easier to use I think. If your friend is a little more experimental you can check out the Alter Audio Time Tosser which is dsp based and allows you to mangle your loop/samples a bit more. The Chase Bliss Mood is also worth a look if they are into lofi/warbly kinda stuff. You could also look into something like a TC Helicon VoiceLive Play which is a pedal effect specifically for vocalists and includes a looper, I have no experience with this one tho
If you’re not familiar you can go to reverb.com which is a marketplace for musical gear especially, but a lot of vendors sell stuff there new as well, you can find deals on b-stock and some good sales sometimes. If you want good support I would buy at sweetwater probably
I guess I did one thing right and had the foresight to do that over the years lol, but yeah it’s rough now. Soulseek is still around :) then I usually use Bandcamp if I wanna buy things
Yeah this is also a key part lol
I built up my own personal library through the years that I will probably still be working my way through in 10-15 years, when I find something I like in it I search out more. I realize that doesn’t help anyone else, good luck out there

rape, assault and stoner simulator.
what the fuck, why would you lump smoking weed in with rape and assault

I went to look for a picture of pauly shore saying tubular and found out that he’s going to be playing richard simmons in an upcoming biopic only i read it as gene simmons and somehow it still sounded pretty hilarious anyways I’ve been hitting the smoky tube

oh geez shut your tube :P
That sounds like exactly my experience actually, originally I had joined for a single purpose server but when I lost interest in that thing, the general servers for example twitch streamers or just general severs I didn’t have the best experience, but I also was a different person so maybe it might be better today who knows. I did get tempted to re install it to join to audio and music making focused communities but after all the headlines lately I don’t think it’s worth it

Yes it’s difficult there is no one size fits all advice for these situations as there are always a million of variables which is why you need to trust your heart I suppose

I dunno, I think a lot of mechanics are dorks too, just a different kind of dork
oooo, the grey mountain and hills make the sky look a bit purple, nice shot :) love bend, it’s so pretty

Yeah that’s true, I suppose I mean to face it instead of avoiding situations where it could occur

Sad but true, so the better equipped we are to deal with it healthier we will be

It’s always a tough situation since rejection can hurt a lot, but at the same time if you never tried at all you may never know. So I think it’s worth it to pursue your desire in almost every (romantic) situation if you believe your feelings are true, because the unknown can haunt you for a much longer time

I’m so glad I never pursued Oracle DB as a career, I was considering it at one point in the early 2000s, even went to school. I would have been making a good $100k+ a year instead of struggling along, but at least I still have a soul :P

stealing IP’ is the weakest one in my opinion
Tell that to all the artists who are finding themselves in the training data, a lot of musicians are now finding themselves in those data. Calling it stealing IP is a bit of a misnomer, since that only really cares about the copyright holders, they are outright stealing culture from us

Isn’t that just bonkers? You can barely get a meal anywhere for two people under $50 now, I don’t make that kind of money either and never did, that’s groceries for half a week at the very least.
Better Off Dead isn’t even here this list is baloney :P
