certainly not the hassles with configuring interrupts on expansion boards, getting CD-ROMs working on “older” PCs, juggling conflicting DOS config.sys and autoexec.bat configs
Jeez I really forgot about all that shite. ISA cards sound cards being a total whinge. Doing clean installs every once in a while because your bloated registry meant your computer had gone to shit. Burned CD’s with your favourite apps on them so you didn’t have to download them again on dial up.


Even if you manage to keep your VPS clean as a whistle of offending logs, your VPS host can log all incoming IP addresses.
I think this is a great idea but very difficult to safely implement.

Someone decompiled it and there’s now versions of it available on the play store and other places. It is a real blast from the past.
Well… Thought I’d fling an update. Absolutely brutally unforgiving. The control setup is quite complex. It looks like a fun game but the investment would be huge.
Tried the C64 and Amiga versions.
I got the second one for Christmas after reading rave reviews, was so excited and gave up on it quickly. It was brutally difficult.
Edit: I see it’s available as abandonware. Gonna give it another whirl.
I can only speak for roast potatoes but the par boil gives an outer layer that, when oiled and basted and roasted, makes for a nom nom nom nom nom.
Bit of salt of course.
Honestly never heard of par boiling chips like that.
