Hehe. If that was me I’d have discovered weed at like, 10. That may be problematic, lol.
Shitposter while I tend to two babies. Maybe when I have my life back, I’ll help us get a few more niche communities back?

Y’all nasty.
That said, my worst recently was parmesan cheese in soup after having vomited from norovirus. It tastes like vomit in the wrong context…
I’m sure it’s not the nastiest thing, but it’s what comes to mind. I have a brother and we dared each other to eat stuff as kids, but I cannot recall…
I think people want to share and be heard so they will speak a bit more than you’d want, but I feel on average it’s neutral and we just put a negative spin on some responses because of our own perception.
But then again, there will be people who simply hate you for being you (e.g. tankies on .ml), just like any other social media (e.g. maga on X). The flavor of hate people are allowed to spew is based on moderation, and by that metric, I still prefer moderation on the fediverse over most corporate options.

I still remember seeing it as a young child at the E3, which is a wild memory now because (1) they stopped allowing children and (2) they no longer exist.
The demo included Bom-omb Battlefield and it was the first time I had seen 3D. Sure PlayStation and Saturn (and I think Jaguar?) were there too, but Mario 64 was definitely the most impressive.

I was thinking Lemmy isn’t even a real drug. It’s that weird kid who hands you a paper bag to hyperventilate until you feel high.
Or maybe that shit with the whipped cream cans. Except it’s whipped beans.

To be fair, GTAV online made them magnitudes more money than the initial single player price. It’d help if simps would stop paying real money for fake money to buy digital cars and boats and such.

There was talk about doing that officially, actually, before our world became collectively stupider in recent years. The argument is actually to get people to take them more seriously since they cause deaths just as much as any other climate crisis. Name and rating, similar to hurricanes.

I mean, unless you play the last four decades of games in emulation… or the couple hundred thousand indie games on steam… or the other few hundred thousand mobile games or…
Oh, you mean your company profits are in crisis. Yeah. Good.

I’m glad they’re doing ok. I actually didn’t mind their drama at all, they just had a bad string of things going on in their life. I recall them moving to Europe (or saying they were) at some point and then gone.
Ah yes, my first exposure to Hamster Dance was in that room…
Those figures are based on median scores submitted, but it’s not very accurate when it’s a self report because you lose slower people.
Anyway, you’re also allowed to just enjoy a game, it doesn’t matter how long it takes. I like to take things in, go afk randomly, search all over the place for Easter eggs and such, etc; I usually end up taking longer than those times and I assure you, I’m fantastic at playing games so no, you’re not bad at games. Lol

It very much exists, and I second the recommendations for Parsec (for anything) or the network modes in Retroarch, Dolphin, etc (for emulation). The emulators imo work better, and Dolphin even has support for GBA controllers for GameCube stuff like Crystal Chronicles.
Those have given me the best luck, although my friend used to have terrible lag from being half a world away. Seems to be a little better now, especially with Parsec, but since it’s not client side it’s never going to have perfect ping for very time sensitive things. You’re ultimately doing a low latency stream, so it’s about as good as games played off a stream.

I’ve noticed some installers have at least a voting system (e.g. Octopi) which helps… slightly. At least in knowing what the right package name probably is. Crowd source reviewing is probably the only option for such a vast and open system, even if it can be gamed sometimes.
I vaguely remember connecting a chain of those… I want to say, spiral ramps? The kind you see in parking structures sometimes? Or something like that… It was a long time ago.
First game I ever made custom tracks on… as like, a 5 year old. I was more into making tracks than racing them, which is something that hasn’t changed in the past few decades.
Oddly enough, he only voiced Spyro once or twice and Tom Kenny ended up doing the remake and a couple games. Spyro has had way too many different VAs, lol.
