Some games will be more obscure than others. But I promise every game I post will have had a retail English translation.
Can you guess this game ?
I will post the answer in 8 hours (if not answered)

Oh god this screenshot brought back memories I didnt know I had!
Unfortunately none of those memories included the name of the game.
And excellent game in its own right, but the moon is right there in the background.
The art style gave it away for me, I used to play this as a kid at Circuit City after I had exhausted all the demo games in Toys R’ Us, and Target. :P
They had a 3DO with the original Need for Speed for a while that I was addicted to, but that didn’t last too long.
Did you play this? How straightforward is it for a 5 year old to pick up and play?
It was around 30 years ago and probably, I don’t see why not. That’s subjective though, I was around 10 years old at the time. I also played Oregon Trail and was only in it for the hunting… so.
I too shot tiny pellets at bison on the trail.
Putt Putt games (mentioned elsewhere) are great for young kids because they are fully narrated, where reading ability can enhance the experience but isn’t required. Is this one voiced?

No clue what this is, but it reminds me of the Beatles’ movie The Yellow Submarine. :D Super cute looking.

Going forward I’m going to try to only use screenshots I can take in game so the next one might be a while …
